North Bethany SDC
Documents related to the North Bethany Transportation System Development Charge (TSDC) are available with the North Bethany Hearing Dates and Materials. The Board of County Commissioners will consider the proposed North Bethany Transportation System Development Charge. This will function as a system development charge (SDC) for properties within the North Bethany Concept Plan Subarea.
The purpose of the proposed SDC is to charge new development within the affected area to provide funding for transportation capital improvements. The SDC will be charged in addition to the existing transportation development tax (TDT). The Board will consider the proposed SDC at their regularly scheduled public hearing on August 18, 2009.

Public testimony about the proposed transportation SDC may be submitted in writing prior to or at the hearing.
Oral testimony may also be provided at the hearing. Written testimony may be mailed or faxed to the Board in advance of the hearing in care of the Long Range Planning Division at the address and fax number shown on the bottom of this page.
