The annual Road Maintenance Program identifies the preventive maintenance work that will be performed throughout the year to keep our roads and bridges safe and functional.

Please comment on the Draft 2022-23 Road Maintenance Program through 5 p.m. April 4 using the form below. Your feedback helps us create a final project list. We will submit the Final Road Maintenance Program to the Washington County Board of Commissioners for action in June. 


Adopt-A-Road is a public service, volunteer opportunity for community groups, families, churches, service organizations, schools, businesses and other groups to pick up litter along County roadsides or to maintain landscaped areas in County road medians.

The Urban Road Maintenance District (URMD) is a county service district formed by the voters and funded by property owners in urban unincorporated Washington County. URMD provides preventive road maintenance for local neighborhood streets and funds safety improvements on county roads within the District.
