Plat Review
Wondering where a project is in the queue? View the plat queue report
All Plat submittals must include:
- Fees and Deposits - Fee Schedule
- 10 sets - signed paper copies
- Vesting and Surrounding deeds
- All additional deed and easement documents referenced on the plat
- Current title report and copies of exceptions
- A Cartography fee may be required.
- Prepayment of property taxes to Assessment & Taxation may be required
Partition review:
Subdivision review:
- A Boundary Survey is required and shall be filed before plat submittal
- Subdivision names must be approved by the County Surveyor
- Plat name report
- Plat checklist
- Submittal process for County subdivision plats
- Subdivision remaining monumentation guaranty form
- Subdivision field check request
Condominium review:
- A Boundary Survey is required and shall be filed before plat submittal
- Fees and Deposits – contact surveyors office
- Condominium plat checklist
- Condominium field check request
