For Immediate Release: Thursday, September 26, 2019
An open house for three bridge replacement projects is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Gaston City Hall, 116 Front St.
The following bridges are being replaced:
- Mt. Richmond (north), between Patton Valley and South roads
- Gaston Road, between OR 47 and Spring Hill Road
- Mt. Richmond (south), between Patton Valley and South roads
The project teams will be available to answer questions and gather feedback. No formal presentation is planned; stop by any time during open house hours.
The projects are in the design phase. Mt. Richmond (north) is expected to begin in December. Gaston Road and Mt. Richmond (south) are expected to begin construction in July 2020. Each project will require a road closure with detour.
