For Immediate Release: Tuesday, April 20, 2010

Sponsored by: Department of Land Use and Transportation, Division

Road crews with Washington County’s Department of Land Use and Transportation will be applying the final layer of new pavement on Cornelius-Schefflin Road, between Council Creek and the roundabout, for two weeks, beginning Wednesday, April 21, 2010. There will be lane closures, but public access will be maintained. Expect delays between 9 am – 6 pm. Signs are posted. The work is weather-dependent.

This project was funded by county property taxes through the Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP). For additional information or inquiries please visit or call (503) 846-7800.
