Springville Road (Phase 3)

Project Description

Springville Road is currently a two- and three-lane urban arterial serving the rapidly growing North Bethany area. Road sections are not standardized, with narrow shoulders and multiple pedestrian-and-bicycle conflict areas.

Springville Road, between Kaiser Road and Joss Avenue, will be improved to three consistent lanes, one travel lane in each direction with a center turn lane, bicycle lanes and sidewalks. Other improvements include curbs, gutters, street lighting, retailing walls, drainage and landscaping.

This project will coordinate with the Springville Road/Kaiser Road intersection project.

Project Funding

This $6.8 million project is funded through the North Bethany Service District.
