All customers are encouraged to conduct business remotely whenever possible. Most services are available remotely - online, by phone or via U.S. Mail - 24 hours/day, seven days a week.

Our offices in the Public Services Building, Suites 250 and 350, are open for in-person services during normal business hours.

Our offices in the Walnut Street Center are closed, but in-person services are available by appointment during normal business hours by calling 503-846-7623.
