On April 21st, 2022, the Secretary of State’s Office issued a media release that the Oregon Elections Division had discovered an error in that agency’s voters’ pamphlet printed for the May 17, 2022, primary election. Candidate statements for four Washington County House Districts were inadvertently omitted from the printed pamphlet due to an Oregon Elections Division error.
