Richard Allen Beccaria Wanted for Parole Violation

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, July 20, 2010

Washington County's Parole and Probation Division is asking the public's help in finding Richard Allen Beccaria, a 42 year-old male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 200 pounds.  Mr. Beccaria is a sex offender, whom the parole board deemed predatory, who has a history of absconding supervision and has been apprehended in Portland, Kent, Washington and Seattle in the past.  

Mr. Beccaria is in violation of his parole for failing to report to the Washington County Community Corrections Center following his release from custody, failing to report to his parole officer and his current whereabouts is unknown.  He is on parole until April of 2012 for failing to register as a sex offender.  

Mr. Beccaria is known to frequent the downtown Portland area having stayed in the homeless shelters in the past, although he has never received permission to reside in Multnomah County.  

Anyone with information about the location of Richard Allen Beccaria is asked to call 9-1-1.
