121st Avenue (Tippitt Place/Whistlers Loop)

We will improve 121st Avenue between Tippitt Place and Whistlers Loop in the city of Tigard with improvements for cyclists and pedestrians.

Traffic on SW 121st Avenue between Tippitt Place and Whistlers Loop is increasing. The surrounding areas are residential neighborhoods.

The project will improve safety and traffic flow on 121st Avenue with:

  • Continuous sidewalks
  • Bicycle lanes
  • Street lights
  • Drainage

We are partnering with Tigard on the installation of its 24-inch water main as part of this project. This partnerships is lowering the water project cost and is minimizing road construction impacts.

Construction start: June 2022
Construction finish (expected): October 2023
